Women’s Exchange ("WE") is open to all HKEX employees (men or women) aiming to encourage professional development, connectivity and the retention of women at HKEX, through providing career development, skills-building, mentorship and networking opportunities at every stage of their careers.

Mission

To solidify HKEX’s role as Hong Kong’s center of excellence on corporate governance, WE aims to help promote gender diversity in the workplace through engaging with our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Objectives for 2016-2018

1.    Provide more opportunities for HKEX staff to develop and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders

2.    Encourage more participation and involvement across HKEX internal stakeholders

3.    Promote leadership and professional development within HKEX through hosting a series of training workshops

4.    Continue to engage in community outreach
