Head of Rates Strategy, Asia ex-Japan
Ms Frances Cheung has 15 years of experience as an economist and rates strategist, covering Asian economies and markets. With Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, Ms Cheung focuses on the rates markets in Asia.
Prior to joining Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, Ms Cheung was Head of Asian Rates Strategy at Credit Agricole CIB. She had also worked with Standard Chartered Bank and the HKSAR Government on rates strategy/economic research.
She received her Master of Philosophy (Economics) and Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a CFA charter holder.
