As one of our Associates, you will:
- Gain insight into Hong Kong's financial market infrastructure
- Engage in diverse projects, identifying and executing new initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders on optimal business and technological solutions
- Shape Hong Kong's capital markets infrastructure through divisional and cross-divisional projects
- Rotate across divisions or functions, supporting HKEX's business and operations
- Partner with senior management and industry professionals
To join us, you must be:
- Fresh graduate on or before July 2024, maximum with less than 2 years of work experience following graduation
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- Be on track for a minimum 3.5 GPA; 2:1 Honors or equivalent
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and interest in global financial markets
