- the Board Chairman (as the chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR Committee))
- the Chief Executive of HKEX
Major roles and functions
- To oversee the development of HKEX’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) vision, strategy
and policies
- To oversee the implementation of HKEX’s CSR vision and strategy
- To oversee the funding of HKEX’s CSR initiatives
- To oversee HKEX’s external communications policies
Operating mode
Meet at least 3 times every year with additional meetings as the work demands
