The Finance Division comprises the following 3 key functions:
Financial Control is responsible for the Group's budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis, internal management and external financial reporting, project financial control, and tax planning and compliance. It sets the group's policies for accounting, transfer pricing as well as internal financial controls. It also manages the day-to-day treasury settlement function and accounting operations relating to finance systems, fixed assets, treasury settlement, payments, and billing and credit control.
Treasury is responsible for the Group's liquidity management, portfolio investment, financial risk hedging as well as external banking relationship management. It develops and implements cash flow policies and procedures to ensure sufficient operational liquidity as well as proper investment of surplus funds.
Corporate Services is responsible for providing the divisions of the Group with all administrative services, including office administration and property and facilities management.
