Candy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Global Business Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Candy Lam is the Executive Director and Head of Product at Hang Seng Indexes Company. She oversees the company’s overall product development and management, as well as its research & insights strategy. In her previous role as Chief Strategy Officer, Candy spearheaded a range of strategic initiatives and partnerships to support the company’s long-term growth. 

Before joining Hang Seng Indexes Company, Candy served as Head of Insurance Strategy & Direct Channel and Interim Insurance Chief Operating Officer at Hang Seng Bank. She has more than 15 years of diverse experience in banking and finance, spanning Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Insurance.
