Franck Liu has over 25 years of experience in Global Markets business. Franck is the Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (HK) Global Markets since November 2018. Prior to his current role, Mr. Liu was Head of China Institutional Sales of HSBC Hong Kong Global Markets. Prior to his role at HSBC, Mr. Liu was also previously a Director of Deutsche Bank HK Global Markets, an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs (Asia) FICC division, Head of North Asia Fixed Income at Mitsubishi Securities HK and a Director of Fleet Boston Bank Structured Finance. Between 1989 and 2001, Mr. Liu held various positions within the Bank of China Group as Foreign Exchange trader of Bank of China Beijing, Treasury Manager of Bank of China London and Head of FX trading of Bank of China Hong Kong.

Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Peking University, and a Master in Finance from London Business School.
