Rahul Bhalla heads up IHS Markit’s indices business development efforts in Asia Pacific, having joined IHS Markit in July 2015.
Previously, he was Managing Director of Vanguard Investments in Singapore, where he led the institutional business across South Asia and the financial intermediaries business in Singapore.
Prior to that, Mr Bhalla spent five years on the institutional business development team at UBS Global Asset Management, based in Singapore and Chicago. He has previously worked at Ibbotson Associates in Chicago and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Mr Bhalla earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, USA and a B.A. in Economics from the College of Wooster, USA.
